Admission Process

    1. Admission is open to Nursery/Lower/Upper K.G. The minimum on first April of the academic year is as under :
      • Nursery – 2.5 years
      • L.K.G – 3-4 years
      • U.K.G. – 4-5 years
    2. Procedure for Admission: Registration forms are normally made available at the college office from 10 th January for a period notified in and college notice board. The registration form should be duly filled in and submitted to the office on or before the due date, as mentioned on the registration form along with following documents:
      • Date of birth certificate (attested copy only)
      • Latest passport size photograph (two only)
    3. Admission test and interview: On the date and time specified in the acknowledgement slip of registration form.
      Entrance test will be held in English and Mathematics. No test is held for admission to Nursery class.
    4. Result and admission: Result of admission test will be notified on the College Notice Board.
      Parents of selected candidate will have to complete the admission form and other formalities specified and submit the same at college office by specified date. class.
  1. Other Classes: All our promoted Upper K.G students will be admitted to class I. However, the parents have to fill in fresh admission form on specified date. From class II upwards the children are promoted to fill the vacancies. However, it is possible that some vacancies may arise due to failures in the lower classes, transfers, withdrawals etc. Opportunity is then provided to those seeking admission to higher classes depending upon the number of vacancies arising thereof.
    • Admission test & interview: Entrance test will be held on specified date. Candidates will be tested as under.
      1. Nursery: Interview
      2. For class LKG to IX : Test in English and Maths
      3. For class X to XII : Generally no admission ia made
      4. For class XI : Students of this college are not automatically admitted to class XI. Admissions are made based on marks obtained in ICSE Examination in each subjects of respective stream of study and good conduct during the period of study. A list of selected students will be put on the notice board. Thereafter they should complete the admission formalities.
    • For the students coming from other college: A higher percentage of marks will be required depending upon the vacancies available after admitting the students for our college. They will submit two attested photocopies of the mark-sheets and character certificate from the Principal of institution last attended. The students selected on the basis of marks secured in class X exam will appear for the interview with their parents as notified on the notice board.
    • Students from Other Board:: Students from other boards seeking admission in class XI will be considered eligible if they have been awarded pass certificates in an equivalent examination taken as one and the same sitting and candidate must have obtained pass marks in.
      1. English
      2. Second language and three other written subject accepted by the council.
  2. Admission : The students finally selected for admission will have to complete the formalities at the school office as notified on the college notice board. The principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to anybody without assigning any reason thereto.
  3. Other requirements:
    1. Transfer Certificates (T.C.) : No admission will be granted without a T.C. from a recognized institution where the applicant last attended, duly countersigned by compete educational authority where required.
    2. Certificate of Character: The applicant must submit Character certificate from the school last attended and undertake to follow strictly college discipline and observe good conduct.
    3. Date of Birth Certificate: (if not recorded in the T.C.)
    4. Migration Certificate: Applicable to the students from other board seeking admission in class XI.
    5. Passport size photograph(2) Progress report card/Mark sheet (2 copies)

Fee Rules

  • The amount of the fee charged at the time of admission is not refundable.
  • Fee is charged for full academic year irrespective of the date admission.
  • Monthly fee must be deposited in cash by the 10 th of the month. Annual charges have to be paid by the specified date failing which shall be assumed that the child has been withdrawn from the institution.
  • In case of late admission, fee from the beginning of the first term has to be paid.
  • Late fee at the rate of Rs.5/-per day with effect from 11 th of the month will be charged till the end of the month. If the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the name of the defaulting student will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission sought thereafter will be charged full admission fee.
  • No concession or reduction in fee is made on account of change in academic session, broken period, holidays or absence from class for any reason.
  • It is important to pay the fee of April/May/June before the college closes for summer vacation. As such fee for May and June is to be paid in May itself. Default of any reason will render the name of student to be deleted from the attendance register of July when the college reopens after summer vacation.
  • Students of class X & XII must pay all dues by January.
  • Students whose fees fall into arrears are liable to be debarred from appearing in the terminal examination.
  • If there are more students the one coming from the same family full fee is charged for all. Deserving cases for concessions are considered on the criteria of economic conditions, previous acadmic record and sole judge is the management.
  • Student standing first in their class in the Annual cumulative assessment exam for class I onwards and having over 80% in aggregate will be given a scholarship of Rs. 100/- per month for one year.
  • Rs 500/- will be charged for T.C., T.C. will be issued within 10 days after applying for it. No request for refund of security money will be entertained without submitting the original receipt.
